Yes. I offer both online and in-person sessions depending on what works best for you. Many of my clients appreciate the flexibility of online coaching or supervision, especially when balancing busy schedules. If you’re local or prefer to meet face-to-face, we can arrange in-person sessions too. We’ll agree on a format that feels most comfortable and effective for you during our initial conversation.

Yes — confidentiality is a core part of how I work. What we discuss will remain private and will never be shared without your knowledge. The only exception to this is if you disclose something that indicates a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if illegal activity is involved. I work in line with the Global Code of Ethics, which guides ethical, professional and safe practice in all coaching and supervision relationships.
