Supporting people to develop, reflect and lead with confidence is at the heart of everything I do as an Executive Coach, Supervisor and Coach Trainer. With a Coaching and Supervision background working in public and private sectors such as education, engineering and healthcare, I engage with individuals and organisations to enhance performance, wellbeing and leadership through calm, person-centred development.
Known for my collaborative and non-judgmental approach, I help clients build confidence and create meaningful change. My practice is underpinned by The Global Code of Ethics, my commitment to my own CPD and my membership of the EMCC.
