About
“I am driven by the success of others and I believe in the capability of all people to effect change and make good choices.”
My Approach
What matters most to me is creating a calm, collaborative space where people feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. I don’t come in with all the answers. I listen, ask questions that help you think differently, and offer frameworks that bring clarity and direction.
My coaching and supervision are always person-centred, shaped around your goals, your context and what matters most to you. Whether I’m working one-to-one, with a group, or delivering training, I’m mindful that we’re all human, which means we’re always learning, changing and working things out as we go.
My approach is grounded in ethics, experience and care. It’s thoughtful work, and I feel incredibly fortunate to do it.
Core Values
Integrity and trust are the foundation of everything I do. I believe that good development work — whether coaching, supervision or training — should be grounded in honesty, mutual respect and professionalism. I care deeply about doing things well, being fully present and bringing kindness into every interaction.
I also value clarity: in communication, in boundaries and in expectations. I work hard to create spaces where people can think clearly, feel supported and be challenged without judgement. I am committed to ongoing learning and reflective practice, and I’m proud to align my work with the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors.
At the heart of it all is a belief in people: their potential, their complexity and their capacity to grow.

Experience
Before launching my consultancy, I spent many years working in education, most recently leading Initial Teacher Training and designing a coaching programme that ran across multiple schools. It was in those early coaching conversations that I saw the impact reflective dialogue can have on performance, confidence and wellbeing.
Since then, I have gone on to train as an Executive Coach, Supervisor and ILM-accredited Trainer, and I now work with clients across a wide range of sectors. I am also a fluent Spanish and French speaker and continue to work as an assessor and trainer for professional coaching apprenticeships and The University of Cambridge. Alongside my formal qualifications, I bring curiosity, care and a genuine interest in people.
My journey into this work wasn’t planned — but it feels exactly like where I am meant to be.
